NFT: Giant RB Fantasy Football Discussion

Hey,

What does everyone think about the giant rbs for fantasy this season. Have a 12 team standard money league tonight. It seems that R Jennings will get the bulk of the carries and that Williams will be limited to goal line work due to his inexperience with pass protection.

Does this seem to be an accurate assessment?

How and where should the nyg rbs be ranked this fantasy season?

Currently adp for Jennings is 56.8 and 111.3 for Williams.

Jennings a journeyman. I think he will get the job sooner than later. Jennings is good third down back.

Jennings is going to churn way more fantasy points early on. I could see Williams gaining points later in the season.

Jennings will catch a lot of dump off passes

I look for him to be a very big part of our offense

Jennings will be the every down back and workhorse we desperately need

Don't be so sure that Williams is the goal line back. I think Williams will spell Jennings when need be. Williams seems like the short yardage back but his vision needs work which is why I don't know if we can assume he will be the every down goal line back. Jennings will be a stud in PPR leagues. Williams value will he if Jennings gets dinged up. He's too raw right now. He can progress over the season.

You will have to take him fairly high. He is shooting up the draft boards.

His ADP on ESPN is also what makes him amazing. Getting in the 4th or early 5th is great value.

I wanted to take him at 5.3 but he got picked 5.1. I felt I would've been pretty much unstoppable if I was able to land him and pair him with Charles, Nelson, A. Brown and Gronk.

More valuable in PPR leagues because of the dump offs but I think Andre will be eating a lot of carries as well as goal line duty. Jets have a similar set up with CJ and Ivory.

Jennings will start the year with the bulk of the carries and Williams will come on late.

fit this offense perfectly, he is the running back stud for this offense. Williams is the rookie and is not ready to unseat him just yet. I do not even believe at the goal line as Jennings runs hard as well. Granted both are nice compliments to one another but Jennings is the main back until he gets injured.

until he proves that he can't be. A few guys might get in there to give him a breather once in a while, but it's his gig.
