Curious why Hankins is a mild surprise.. Did you not expect him to be atop the depth chart?

Ayers has played pretty well when moved inside. He is a guy with talent who just never put it together in Denver as he was moved around a lot.

Hankins will be a beast at DT. Watch.

Moore will pressure QB's on 3rd and long and play solid specials.

JPP is going to have that contract comeback year now that he is healthy. I fully expect to see him have double digit sacks and superb run defense.

DT Jenkins is older and we'll rotate but clearly he has gas left in the tank.

DT Patterson is a wily veteran who can still play too and will rotate if active.

DT Kuhn has some skills as he made the team but likely will not be active as DT Bromley has upside and then some!

I lke our DL. We just have to hope JPP develops into a guy you have to double to make things easier for everyone else including LB Kennard who will rush the passer much this year.

I think we will all be impressed with Thurmond this season. Bowman is a real nice addition too and provides great depth and solid ST play.
