I cut the cord two years ago and locked in a great monthly price from Xfinity as my ISP for just $30 per month. Although next month, my two year promotion is over and my internet bill will be jumping up to $60-70+ range.
I figured at that price, Might as well pay a bit more and get the TV + Internet packages provided by either Xfinity, Directv or FIOS.
As for our TV habits, very basic. All I care about is getting NFL Network (some combo of Red Zone or Sunday Ticket) and basic cable stations like FX, AMC, Discovery and Disney\Nick channels for the kids.
I'm not a fan of Xfinity and since I already have internet with them, I'm not qualified for their "New" customer promotional rates for just adding TV. If they are the best option, I have no issues going with them.
Directv is offering $85 per month for TV and Internet (via Verizon FIOS) for the first year. Although second year, they bump up my monthly payment by $17. Benefit here is free Sunday Ticket this year.
FIOS in my opinion is the best bang for the buck. They'll lock me in for two years at $85 for TV\Internet and I'll get the Red Zone channel.
Before I make up my mind tomorrow and order one of their services, I wanted to get feedback from BBI in which you guys prefer?

Anyone have an opinion on the new curved screen TVs?
Anyone have an opinion on the new curved screen TVs?
The new Samsung LED curved 4K TV is awesome. Best thing on the market. You can now get them fir under 2K. Sony now has a version as well.
Just stay away from the discount bin plasmas. They can't give those things away.
Per CNET:
The HU9000 would be an impressive flagship-level TV even without the curve. Its picture quality is top-notch for an LED LCD, albeit not quite as good as the Sony X900B or the best plasmas of 2013, including Samsung's own F8500, now officially the last great plasma TV.
