FIOS is great, but god forbid you have to call and use their support. For whatever reason, despite a yearly renewal, an e-mail from them stating it was going to renew automatically, and the fact that it's listed on my bill, the damn channel is showing unsubscribed and I'm stuck watching the Jets.
