I am excited that jack finally has that crutch called Tara gone now, I have been wanting him to get darker and more ruthless for several seasons.
I hated Tara's character from the get go
Also do they finish by killing off everybody or does jack ride off into the sunset?
My only hope is Gemma either dies a painful death or is forced to live with what she cares about most - her family.
Tara reminds me of jacks daughter on 24 always in the way and causing problems
I don't do the spoiler thing, but I read in EW that tonight's opening montage as well as the closing montage are some of "the most brutal moments seen on TV". Tonight's ep is 90 minutes, FWIW.

Any way Juice makes it our alive?
Seriously, I fully expect the final episode to be a montage of montages at this point. That, and a crappy song by Peggy.
I was kind of hoping they'd do the Gemma/Tara reveal earlier in the season. Jax dealing with that is going to be good, but if they hold it until the end we won't get much of it.
Looks like there will be plenty of gang/street stuff this season, which I'm cool with. The family stuff can drag if it's not done really well (which is a likely proposition at this point).
I'm still a sucker for Jax's big speeches. They're kind of cheesy and repetitive, but they always work for me.
I'm not quite as far down that road as you, but I'm getting there, and I wholeheartedly agree with the feeling of obligation. I can't stop watching now, I just can't. I really haven't enjoyed it in probably two years, but I just feel compelled to keep watching and see how it all ends.
I mean, killing the wrong people while they're in the middle of a bisexual three-way? And the chick has a gun right there handy on the bed??? What the hell was that all about?
I thought Hunnams acting in this episode was very good, you could feel the emotion even without him saying anything and you could see the hurt...i thought he expressed it very well...
Gemma is just the most annoying character on television does she really have to be in every scene in this show...no other character gets to breathe because she sucks the life out of every scene she is in...
I am going to enjoy watching Gemma die...
Would it shock anyone if the show ends with Unser at Teller Morrow, Chibs is the president of SOA and Bobby is VP and there is a whole new Club, Gemma dead, Jax dead
Samcro lives but the Tellers bleed...

much like the audience, the characters were 100% unphased by that whole fiasco Barely a raised eyebrow on the screen or in front of it.
Any other season Jax would have carried that guilt for 5 episodes. After putting a few in the pastor's head he gave the meh look to the others. It was their way of letting the audience know Jax has gone over the edge and it's about to get violent.

I think i am going to enjoy the ruthless Jax who does not care about anyone but SAMCRO...the Jax the past couple of seasons was soft and questioning everything he was doing...this Jax is going for blood...
vs
Gemma having to live with being the last one standing but knowing that Jax/everyone just died after finding out what she did.
And Jax just instantly believes Gemma's story about the Chinese guy, and torture-kills him solely based on that? After all, Gemma has such a track record for unstinting honesty, and she certainly has never shown murderous antimosity towards Tara, right? I mean, christ, you know she was there around the same time as Tara's murder and you don't even SLIGHTLY question her story?
The final episode will feature Katy Segal's slow, acoustic version of Paint It Black - I'm calling it now.
Jax killing the person who killed his father & wife seems fitting, albeit way too perfect.
I thought they could have asked some questions as well. Agreed. It was goofy.
That bit where he's slow taking out tools and the salt and displaying them is begging for a parody where he moves on to things like a swiffer, a Rubik's cube and a gallon of milk.
"You guys got any idea what Clan McDouchebag is talking about?"
And Tig with his "Little Alex Enema" story.
1) Start a war with the Chinese because it will turn out the dead asian was Lin's close relative or handpicked favorite.
2) It will turn out that the dead asian kid had an airtight alibi the day Tara was killed ( like maybe the cops had him locked up that day ), Jax will find out and know that Gemma was lying.
