Smith broke a teammate's orbital bone during film session one time with a sucker punch. He was also arrested and charged with misdemeanor assault for a road rage incident.
After claiming he was a changed man and a team leader, he broke Ken Lucas' nose during training camp, not for an on the field skirmish, but because Lucas had "disrespected him".
he's not really the most level-headed guy to listen to on matters like this. The Panthers put up with his shit for years because he was good. He's clearly faded and you'll probably see a dramatic drop in stats this year despite a week 1 TD catch.
I was more impressed with all the time Flacco had to throw the ball
the guys we have can't get open, even against scrubs
Know what you mean, but that particular play wasn't a good example. From the snap to reception was 10 seconds. That's an eternity for a receiver to get open in the NFL. The defender sees Flacco running around with all the time in the world and then has to close on the receiver when the ball is in the air. Any receiver is supposed to win that battle after 10 seconds. Of course, ours might not, but let's see how they do when Eli gets a semblance of time.

Must be! He could've taken a nap before throwing the ball
He can be a douche at times but he's one of my favorite players in the league.
