Flood seems over his head, especially when you look at his resume; leading a recond crushing offensive line to being promoted to offensive coordinaroe to being promoted to HC (each group deteriorating as he took responsibility). What the hell is going on over there?
RU could and should be a perennial top 25 school.
One ray of hope is a big time four star qb transfer we have sitting out this year due to NCAA rules. This team has potential to be a top half b1g school if not for nova and flood. Getting nova away will bre addition by subtraction. He is literally a net negative for his team when he steps on the field. God Feel would do some good things with this team. Even dom Natale could bring more victories. I shudder to think what his plus/minus would be if this was hockey.

Just don't agree its about DB anymore. Heck DePaul and PC are just as loaded these days if not more so. Flood just has no balls. . Nova threw 5 INTs vs Kent St before as we'll. Flood wouldn't bench him. Last year he finally did but it's just stupidity. Nova is the prefect example of a practice stud. Looks awesome when you know no one is shooting live ammo.
There won't be one team than doesn't pressure Nova the rest of the year. Give the ball to Laviano and deal with the growing pains of a 2nd year QB. if this team is going to win anymore games it will be despite Nova not because of him. He's literally the worst QB I've ever watched under pressure. That a 4 year starter would still shit the bed this bad should be a big clue that he's not a D1 QB. Its unfathomable if he's still the starter.
I don't think DB is a problem considering Hamilton is a captain.

So I suppose you polled every alumnus and student and confirmed that the majority think Paterno is the real victim? Or are you basing this on the actions of a bunch of drunk 18-22 year old's?
Of all my Penn State friends, there is exactly one who acts like you you imagine. When the scholarships were returned and bowl ban ended, his response was "What about the wins?" He'll post about Paterno a few times a week. The only thing stopping him from naming his first son Joseph Vincent is that his wife went to Ohio State.
The rest of us roll our eyes and try to talk sense to him.
