and the coaches. Just horrible fucking play calling. There is no way in the world Trent Richardson shoudl get 21 fucking carries in a game. Play not to lose, and they lost.
But it feels like it has been so fucking long since I've actually felt good about where the Giants stood during a season. It has been almost 2 full years. Feels like every week since mid-2012 has just been one fucking kick in the dick after another.
interview of the ref who blew the horsecollar call and the ref who blew the call when they pulled down Hilton? Oh that's right, they don't get interviewed! Why the fuck not? They unmercifully interview every one else including the men's room attendant. Get those assholes in front of a mike! I want to hear their lame excuses for either being incompetent, or intentionally calling this crap!
were the replacement ones, you would see people out with their pitch forks in the media ready to tar and feather these guys. Because they aren't replacements they say one word about it and move on. The replacements had zero NFL experience and were no worse than these jerkoffs, but they dont get anywhere near the beating that the replacements took.
Horse collar was a bad call but why aren't you pointing out a missed block in the 2nd quarter that would have sprung the screen to Richardson for a TD. Just as relevant, actually, even more so.
Refs are reacting to what they see, they don't get a copy of the script before the show, players know what's going to happen, sure, there's bad calls but the referees do not decide a game, it's pretty simple...
Please go and look at his Oregon teams. They couldnt win the big game. Happened every year. They would usually lose and it wasn't just on the road to teams they had no business losing to. The one year that they got to the national title game they lost because their offense sucked in the game, defense kept them in it.
He's a great offensive mind, but his teams have always come up small in the big spot, and the Eagles did that last year, which was the norm at Oregon

There you go. RT @fbgchase: How's this for insane? 352 YAC for the Eagles. Foles threw for 331 passing yards. Yes, you read that correctly
Eagles imo have average specials teams, average D, average QB and WR
But they have elite RB, TE, OL and HC. That is enough for them to win a lot of games with they creativity and ability to get the most out of their talent with scheme.
Will be receiving major recruiting violation sanctions and more, that's why he got out. Most people cheat to vault, take the heat, cash the pay checks, it's the American way. He played the game, he's done well for himself, kharma and conscience are what he has to deal with, took care of his family though, good man...

How does this make any sense?

Ah, I'm sorry. Feel free to commence the twitter burning at the stake. Revised Foles numbers came in: 233 YAC, 98 through a
he was sacked 3 times, which is taken away from his passing yards.
If I'm the Eagles, I would never even consider paying Foles big money. He made a bunch of bad throws tonight. They could bring in a bunch of different qb's for cheap to do what he does. Hopefully they never get their hands on a running type QB with a big arm. A guy like Kaepernick would be deadly in that system
It used to be that the quarterback would throw a pass to his
receiver, the receiver would catch the ball and go down, and if the receiver had the ball when he got up it was a catch.
Now they look at every reception in super slow motion to see if the ball slipped the smallest bit and touched the ground for an eight of a second.
Who needs that as a rule? Go back to when you intuitively knew if the guy had caught or dropped the ball without having to spend five minutes looking at the replay.
he was not sacked at all. Had a couple of very small runs that I thought were sacks but were not. Sack yardage does count towards passing yards in NFL, that would be the only way something like that could be true
Kelly had gone to another team. He's a really good offensive coach and puts a thoroughly entertaining product on the field.
I don't sweat the Eagles winning. Some team we hate is going to win the division - doesn't really matter to me which one it is. Looks like Philly is a the likely candidate, but they're not good enough to win the NFC. Just another playoff loss for the Eagles. It's fine.
Waters will tour again, TMZ employees will die a violent death,
but internet zealots will eventually get what they wish for, open the book on everyone that ever played in the NFL and there will be no more football.
But it was worth it, they got to voice their opinion on things they have no first hand knowledge of themselves. I mean that's what it's all about right? Getting to have an opinion without having themselves on the fire?
Beagles beating the better team tonight hurts but you always have the Philly trophy case. Life goes on, no matter how fucked up it is now...
Look far be it from me to tell a team how to defend against
Kelly's offense, but I was surprised the Colts didn't blitz at all given the eagles had two guys on OL who are third stringers. I know with the speed of Sproles and McCoy you don't want to leave them out there by themselves, but it seems you needed to test Foles a bit. He had all day today
LOL
There is no God...
Still infuriating. Mental toughness my fucking ass, this was a gift from the refs
Giants would never trade a draft choice for a 35 year old anything.
Compare the Eagles' backs to the Giants' backs.
Play golf today?
I can't say it feels any worse than now but it's been worse than now.
Be fucking nice to get excited about something though.
Oh well, there's always fish pun threads and abusing the idiots...
plays....refs blew game
this. The Giants season is close to over, and so is Coughlin's coaching career.

Amazing. Amazing levels of inept.

The Giants won't even look at a healthy 20-something year old speedster in LaMichael James...for free!
