The officials seem to be "letting them play" tonight. Yesterday it was a flag fest.
It makes me think the league caught a backlash and told them to chill out tonight. But how is that fair? That shit cost teams games yesterday, but the Eagles and Colts don't get the same treatment.
This is a pass fest. You're telling me they're playing that much cleaner than everybody else?

Colts have been getting called for illegal contact and holding. Eagles nothing.

I've been called many things here, I'm mostly misunderstood (lol), but don't let the uneducated fool you, I go pretty far back and can drop names like George Young, Wellington Mara and Dan Reeves ( to name a few) that I've had dinner with not to mention family members that have worked for the NFL for over 50 years combined.
Talking Giants football intelligently left this place a long time ago. I can't tell you the name of the guy the Giants were paying to take LT's piss tests but I know what he looks like.
That said, I have never been accused of being a dupe. A dope maybe, but never a dupe.
Take this from the post, it's not Eli's fault...
wow Trent Richardson finally does something in the pros
also think the Giants are the only team in the league that ever has injuries
Yep. This is the most annoying one of them all.
The Chiefs just lost Charles indefinitely. Tillman just tore his triceps again and is done for the year for CHI. Moreno dislocated his elbow yesterday and will miss several weeks.
This is what football is. It sucks. But it's reality.
I don't question refs calls usually but what the hell was going on with James Jones in the Oakland game when he was clearly dragged out of bounds, was the first to come back in and touch the ball only to fumble again?
Lil help?
Seriously, other than the encroachment and the PF...

Cause its allowed fucktard. That only is negated when a pass is thrown. Jones had already established himself with the ball in bounds before he fumbled.
Bradshaw seems to think that Nicks' situation and his are similar, and emblematic of a perpetual desire by the Giants to churn their roster.
"I know how it is over there. How they work," Bradshaw told Mike. "It gets bad as you get more years in the league with Giants. You get the younger guys coming in. They visualize, and with me, they visualize me leaving and David Wilson coming in and being that guy. Andre Brown being that guy, and they had those two guys. They were like, 'Leave that money alone. Let him [Bradshaw] go, take care of the little guys.'[Wilson and Brown] That's how this league is becoming.
Nicks, for the record, had nothing but good things to say about the Giants and Eli when he left. A little hard to believe, but when an interviewer asked him if had had a "love/hate" relationship with Coughlin, Nicks said no, he thought it was just a love relationship.
The Giants do let some vets go who still have tread left on them: Tuck, Osi, Joseph when they have a younger and cheaper replacement. Other vets with nothing left they keep, largely because they have no better replacement.
I'll give you points and actually address one or two more posts from you. I thought once you were out of bounds, you couldn't be the first player to touch the ball.
You got me if that's true, I didn't know. Not bad for an Eagles fan...

Bradshaw is bitter. The Giants had young guys and did the right thing but it didn't work out. Win some, lose some, but Giants seem to lose most of them!

Yes its true. And if he touched the ball when out of bounds, the play is dead. But he is more than eligible to recover his own fumble even if he was out of bounds.
Bingo! And we've been getting more than a fair share of unlucky and weird things happening.
I think I just saw Dip in the stands in the Maclin jersey though...

Herzlich covering sproles?
that's a damn horror movie right there. I think Sproles could tell Herzlich which way he was going to cut, and he would still be open.
Like watching Pierce cover Westbrook 1 on 1.
That constituted as coverage? I thought it was in the playbook/scheme for Pierce to be 12 steps behind Westbrook and not even in the picture.

THIS
That RT is horrendous. He's getting beat on every plays they've run about 4 screens to that side already trying to neutralize the LE
My mom is coming to use the computer and read chapter 4
God damn it the Colts should be whizzing the ball all over this shitty eagles defense. what the fuck?
I wish people watched other teams play more often.

This.
People complain about so many things the Giants do that about 30 other teams do. But for some reason they think it's only the Giants.

This is insane, how drastically different this game is being called.
