its a ton of fun to play online, which is what I am mostly interested in. But if you are looking for all the gameplay features its completely trimmed down compared to nhl 14, similar to what EA did last year with the ps4 and xbox1 versions for fifa 14. Read the amazon reviews for more indepth about what is missing.
...it will be OTP only, no club. The OTP will not even be created skaters, it will use current NHL'ers. There is also no online GM Connected in '15, so I'm skipping it and will keep playing '14 club and GMC.
the next gen versions are stripped almost naked. Gameplay is great and graphics are solid but there is no excuse for cutting about 50% of the game. We'll see what they are able to address and patch in over the next few months but i'll be sticking with Madden/The Show.
aside from the missing things. In terms of getting hockey right, its at times astonishing how much they get it. Other times dumb stuff happens but overall the physics and game play are amazing. There's no excuse for the missing crap though especially considering how well regarded this game was for years. They improved the game and then couldn't match the game with how you play it.
