So nut the fuck up and get ready for another season.
Rangers are.. fast, soft, deep on D and have Hank. Likely a middling Eastern Conference seed.
Isles are.. young and talented up front, shitty D, upgrade in the net, still the LOLisles. Likely a who gives a shit, they're the Isles seed.
Devils are.. who fuckin knows. They have Lou, will probably win the East. Or be last. Nobody will care, seed..
Hurricanes are.. Have some Staal's. Stole the Whalers. Jints can suck my dick, seed.
Senators are.. Fuck you, Andy. Seed.
Leafs are.. Hi Sheppers! Seed.
Kings are.. Not a Dynasty. Fuck you. seed.
Sabres are.. Buffalo.. Have John Scott.?. Have another shot of crown royal, seed..
Whatever other teams BBI'ers root for, fuck you to.
The rules are;
Don't be a weeping gash on hockey threads..
Stop spamming me with your compromised email while you suck it, fish.
Anybody wanna fuckin go?
That was a great fucking spring, despite the swift kick to the balls in the Finals. Have no clue how the Rangers will match that run this year, but at least we don't have to watch Richards fumble around on the PP anymore.

whoa....semin flying all over their house.
Ho-hum, Pavel Buchnevich at it again, The 19-year-old Rangers prospect is currently getting things done over in the KHL.
Really hope we infuse some Kids in the line-up, but it "seems" as if AV like his Vets...
Either way LGR!!!

I do find it amusing that in this age of speed and skill, the Flyers are still rolling out teams that resemble the Patrick Division champs of the mid-80s.
LOL
I'm tentatively excited about these Rangers. The top lines should stay relatively intact with a full year to reap the rewards of MSL and the continued development of CK. The bottom six should have a good amount of depth with a mix of veterans and youth to choose from. If JT Miller finally lives up to his first-round billing it would go a long way towards creating a deep team with a few waves of offense and responsible play in their own end, up front.
Defensively, I do think that losing Stralmoney for Boyle will turn out to be a net negative but I guess I'm excited we have that ever elusive PP QB(??)..if for nothing other then not having to read that its the team's fatal flaw from fans upset that the PP isn't scoring at 40%. Hopefully we can get a full season out of Staal and maybe see Conor Allen and/or McIlrath take the next step forward and grab a spot on the blueline.
I think it's shaping up to be another season just outside of the "elite" top seeds but with just as much of a chance to get hot in the playoffs and make a run
Bruins, Blackhawks, Kings, Penguins, and of course the Canadiens all better teams easily than the Rangers.
blues, sharks and avs slightly better.
Pouliot just too many stupid penalties and Stempniak can score just as well. Boyle is another Blair Betts. People wring their hands at the thought of him leaving then find out he is easily replaceable. Stralman was supposed to be a person to play on the power play, but he never did much. Dan Boyle will be a better option if he doesn't have osteoporosis.
He was way overpaid.
It's no surprise this is his 6 team in 8 seasons
Bruins, Blackhawks, Kings, Penguins, and of course the Canadiens all better teams easily than the Rangers.
blues, sharks and avs slightly better.
U JELLY?

really improve and it took a miracle to reach the conference finals, they're not winning the cup.

Yes, as a Canadiens fan I don't really know what it's like to lose a Stanley Cup. maybe someday I can feel that too. I'm so jealous.
The Rangers are believed to be offering the same deal they gave Dan Girardi, 6 years at $5.5 million, or a bit less. (NY Post)

I'm surprised you can remember what it's like to play for one. 21 years tends to dim the memories.

I'm hating the Girardi deal more every day. I actually think it's a fair market contract, but we have a few guys on D worthy of that amount. I would have traded him for assets at the deadline.

Tough spot, I'd rather keep Staal and trade DG as well, if cap space maps out as an issue, but hard to argue with keeping one of your leaders at fair market value.
I could not agree more. Love the moves they made this off season. Time for a few of their younger players on the D to step up. Goaltending tends to look better when the players in front of them play better and vice versa. I believe this team takes big step forward this year.
Another year but Isles are better. Grabowski, Kluemenin, Conacher, TJ Brennan then add in the youth. deHaan, Reinhart should make the club are all better players than we had in past. #Halakrules # Ochocincorules

I agree - Girardi's been a very good player for a long time. I thought he'd have a shorter peak given his style of play (hopefully the postseason was an aberration for Girardi and not a sign of things to come), and I'd rather spend that cash on depth.

Corsi/Fenwick numbers were better than their record last year, and were actually really good when Andrew McDonald wasn't on the ice. Add in an upgrade from dead-last in goaltending to around league average and the Isles are prime candidates for a big jump in the standings.

While the Isles don't go deep with proven D-men, unlike the past 5 years, they have a lot of talented prospects fighting for the last 1 or 2 d-man roster spots. Guys like Reinart/Pokka/Brennan/Pulock/Donovan/Czurchman are all going to be competing to get playing time. IMO, this is a better situation than dusting off Martinek/Pandolfo that we've seen them do recently.

Voice of reason right there..........
PJ - noticed you listed the teams in alphabetical order? LOL....
Do you feel the new NHL rules of diving will hurt the Habs?
