I think there's no question that the play is Rainey right now since Martin seems highly unlikely to play.
The RB situation in Detroit is slowly becoming 60-40 in Bell's favor, making Bush less and less of a sure thing especially in non-PPR leagues.
What are people's thoughts on Jeremy Hill vs. Carlos Hyde for the rest of the season? I have Jeremy Hill and I'm considering trading him for Carlos Hyde plus. Hill has more value now but I like Hyde more as a talent and I think Gore is likelier to break down than Bernard. Plus, Hill is on my bench for now anyway. Thoughts?
Absolutely Rainey, especially if Martin doesn't play. He will get 20 touches as long as it isn't a blow out, and he'll likely get garbage screen passes if its a blowout.
I'll never root for injuries and I hope Frank Gore stays healthy because he's just one badass mofo who I've liked since his Miami days, but he's a 31 year old RB with 2500 career touches and if he goes down Carlos Hyde becomes an elite fantasy RB. He's the biggest lottery ticket in the league this year imo.
My other Rbs are Lynch, Sproles, Martin, Rainey, Kniles Davis.
Would you make the deak?
Start 2 RBs, 2 WRs and a Flex
Other WRs are Edleman, Fitz, Cooks, DJax, Decker
You are pretty weak at WR and you will most likely be outmatched at WR2 and WR3 on a weekly basis.
You have the opportunity to upgrade the player as well as trade from strength for a weakness.
Do it.
FU AP!
PPR -> Vereen
Standard -> Pierce

PPR, but I'm concerned with Vereen's shoulder injury

Woodhead if ppr, probably either way. Donald Brown isn't getting all the carries.
Pierce got 23 touches last week and should see similar action this week so even in PPR he's a decent play.

Sorry, should've specified non-PPR. I'm worried Woodhead won't get more than 10-12 touches even with Matthews out.
currently have Matt Forte, Doug Martin, D'angelo williams, Bobby Rainey, and Khiry Robinson
thoughts?
If you predicted a blowout as the reason, then fine. Otherwise this is a total anomaly. Glennon won't even check down to him and he's wide open. Everything about this game is backwards.
of course he is, he's injured isn't he? Martin blows Rainey and James away if he's healthy. Was Martin sitting for a fumble?
wow, I didn't realize that. I'd been trying to acquire Martin for cheap while he's injured and the guy rejected Keenan Allen for Doug Martin, I thought that was fair. Glad he rejected it. I have a surplus of WR's and Adrian peterson and Ben tate are killing me (tate less but I was counting on him).
Mike James time?
I can however kick myself for sitting Devin Hester with Roddy White out. Welker better do something against Seattle!

Doug Martin was a rookie in 2012 and averaged 4.6 ypc with 11 TD's, he was injured in his 2nd season running behind a terrible, 2004-Giants-like OL and averaged 3.6 ypc after 127 attempts.
he also caught 50 passes as a rookie.
Are you sure you're thinking of the same Doug Martin?
Rumor in Tampa is that Martin could have played the last 2 weeks but Lovie is riding the hot hand. Rainey has been that hot hand. He might actually salvage something in garbage time here. No way do you trade Keenan Allen for Doug Martin. The RB situation is up in the air right now after tonight but at best for Martin owners it will be a RBBC. Rainey > Martin in PPR.
2. Traded Asiata and Hopkins for Gehrhart. The one is questionable but here's my thinking. Gerhart is the guy for the Jags and I think underrated. Off to a terrible start. But is he worse than Asiata? Probably not. It actually sounds like Min is going RBBC I'll take Gerharts upside. Next, Hopkins. I just think he's overrated and I'm not going to start him, ever. I'm going to go pick up Davante Adams who has more upside than Hopkins.
Thoughts on the 2 deals? Was I a moron in the 2nd trade?
He exemplifies what the word "putz" means.
If it's my team, I'm starting Hawkins.
i have:
AJ Green
Randall Cobb
Kendall Wright
Andrew Hawkins
Mohammed Sanu
Cecil Shorts
Carlos Hyde
I also have Jordan Cameron and Travis Kelce at tight end.
If Green plays you have to start him right? and then put hawkins at the flex and sit sanu shorts and hyde?
