Who do you guys like better the rest of the year in a PPR league?
Patterson
Harvin
Cooks
I have too many TEs and I need a WR. I could get one or two of these players. My TEs are Julius Thomas, Gronk and Kelce. I can dump Gronk for one of Patterson or Harvin. I think I can trade a RB for Cooks as well. My WRs are Maclin, Terrance Williams and Kendall Wright. That is it. My RBs are Ball, Morris, Jennings, Joique Bell, Pierce and Ingram.
I think I am better off with Patterson since he has a cake schedule the rest of the year. I would love to get Cooks but I don't know if I can get him for unloading a guy like Morris.
Don't want me doing a Desean Jackson bird dance on your ass?
Nope, no better options. With Ingram injured I have no choice.
I'm fine with it since my entire league (everyone elses too) is banged up, just need to weather the storm.
I'm down .75 points tonight with Jeffrey against Forte. Really need the Jets D to shut down the run.
He took Calvin, Julio, Julius Thomas, Ray Rice, Desean, Ridley, Sproles...
Basically, if you have stud WR's the RB's don't matter. Really wish I didn't have the #1 pick taking McCoy. Learned my lesson for next year.
Stewart with a severed sprained knee and Tolbert with a hairline fracture.

PPR changes everything.

the kid who didn't take an RB until round 4 is in 1st by a wide margin, btw.

Its .5 PPR and my league was drafted as such. Not sure what you mean...
AP may never play again, Tate is about as predictable as Odell beckham, and Ball had some rough matchups to start the year.
I was lucky to get Terance West and Knile Davis otherwise I could be 0 - 3 instead of 1 - 2.
Ohh 100%. But my strategy is much like yours and picking #1 overall doesn't mesh well with it. I was trying to trade it but no one wanted it. Really wanted back to back WR's and was forced into a RB early. I basically have to hope McCoy turns his season around.
It also sucks starting the season #12 on waivers. You lose out on every major injury waiver claim.
I did think Brady would pick up where he left off, same with Vereen.
Haven't talked much about team defense here, maybe that's someone else (though in their division its enticing). I generally go week to week on D.

Just meant that PPR makes WRs more valuable

Sorry, was talkign to pj the closet Pats fan who was pimping Pats players for weeks.
Brady is pissing me off. Just embarrassingly bad. So bad I have to start Cousins against the Giants which means Brady will throw 3 TD's.

Agree on injuries and Terance West. Martin wiped out my team, had him and his backup. TE Davis is injured, along with my backup TE (the guy from Washington). I have Petterson on my team in the hopes that he somehow gets playing time later on this year.
I'm at 1-2, struggling to find a RB.

don't trust him, wouldn't touch him in the draft at his ADP.

I hate the Pats more than the other NFC East teams. It's almost a reverse psychology for me, if I have Patriots players on my team I don't mind losing if they do poorly. It's irrational.
I only have Gronk, Vereen, and their D and only Gronk and their D are on the same team. Vereen is on a different team in a ppr league where he's been benched.
I thought he'd be better, and their D too, they should be better.
What sucks about it the most is they're 2 - 1 and by December will be firing on all cylinders and cruise into the AFC Championship game again. They were gifted a win yesterday on a bogus hold on a McFadden late TD that could have tied the game.
I'm in a 2 QB league and have the first waiver: Both Glennon and Bridgewater are free agents (the only starters that are FA's)
My qbs are Ryan, Tannehill, and Fitzpatrick. Should I use my first waiver on one of the 2 qbs?
Ive always been a week to week defense guy, but it's getting annoying(and expensive) to pick up a new defense every week. I have KC right now, but I think I'll pick up Detroit and roll with those 2 for the rest of the seaosn.
I still have faith.
Not that he was doing well, but i get to fill the void him and Reed have left me.
I hate taking RBs in round 1. The top 5 havent been anything (due to injuries and suspensions) while Murray, Bernard, and Lynchy have been great. Give me the stud WRs any day of the week. Wish I drafted 10th instead of 2nd.
But I have a chance to be 3-0 (due to playing the low man 2 out of 3 weeks). The only thing I finally did right was wait on a QB. I took Ryan and Rivers in round 7 and 9. Used Ryan in weeks 1/3. Rivers in week 2.
As a heads up, Ladarius Green had a lot more snaps Sunday than he did the previous two weeks. Just something to look out for.

Yeah, I may roll the dice on him. Cook and Green are available right now.
Green did set season-highs with four catches and 64 yards on six targets. He also encouragingly saw two red-zone targets. However, his snap count was essentially the same as it was in the first two weeks while Antonio Gates was up at 65.2 percent of the snaps again. Green will be a boom or bust fantasy play in Week 4 against a Jaguars team that is as bad as the Cardinals at defending the tight end. His lack of snaps and consistent role in the pass game keeps his weekly floor incredibly low. Sep 22 - 11:53 AM
That said, I'll likely go for Cook this week and see what happens.
A lot of my problems go away should Sankey take the lead. He looks on the verge of it.
I probably should have let go of Forsett because he will never be anything more than a change of pace guy.
I'll play in a BBI league with you but let's make it a 16 team league with at least 5 Individual D players.
He's nursing a hammy, played through it against Seattle. Maybe didn't want to risk it in iffy weather at Buffalo?
Until otherwise posted Gates is still a top TE play against Jax...
Bump for kmed. You dont have to worry anymore.
