Just watched the game on DVR. What I saw was a game filled with poor coaching decisions by the Texans. While the Giants, thoroughly dominated the game, the following stood out:
1) Houston continually brought out 5 DBs despite the Giants success in running. At some point you would think they would bring some help up front, but rarely did. 170 yards was earned by Jennings, but made much easier by the defensive coaching decisions.
2) At the end of the half with less than 2:00 minutes left, within your own 20, I don't think it is a wise decision to throw deep on 3rd and 19. Sure the Giants had 3 timeouts, but it seemed to be a poor decision that truly changed the mood of the game going into the locker room.
3) 4th Down Attempts: Sure, the fake punt worked, but the other 4th down attempt seemed poorly timed and planned.
While this game gives the Giants something to work on, I don't think every team will make as poor decisions as the Houston coaching staff did.
That doesn't mean the Giants shouldn't be given credit for recognizing the openings and taking advantage.
It's not mutually exclusive that the Giants play well and the Texans coaching being poor on the day.
Don't worry guys, he's not slighting our beloved Giants!

This. Some people really are unbelievable. Everything the man said was accurate. It's not a knock on the Giants to say they took advantage of opportunities brought about by poor coaching from the opposition.
A play that i shouldn't have. I know where your coming from.. Great post Einstein
The first game of the 2011 season was the Redskins.
At least unconsciously, he's a Redskins fan.

Yeah, I thought O'Brien coached a terrible game as well. Funny what pisses some people off.
It is the Monday after a great win. Not sure why every Giants fan can't be feeling good today.
1st quarter was horrible...Giants on their own 30 something on 3rd and very long. Delayed handoff to Jennings. Seriously? I would have preferred a pass completion short of the marker to see if somebody could juke and pick up some YAC....what's the percentage success on that play?
Later in the game... it was a 3rd and perhaps 6 yards....they throw a fade to Cruz on the sideline....A FADE? On 3rd down? What the hell was THAT?
Those 2 plays still have me scratching my head, and they were both drive enders.
The 4th down attempt smacked of desperation, but if they'd made it, it would have given them a real jump start.
Worst post I've seen, and I dont typically bast a post. But come on, we are all frustrated with our teams performance the last 2 years, but give them credit when they play well. This post is absurd

I think you actually have the worst post I've seen. I find it strange that you're "laughing your ass off" based on a line from the OP you made up in your crazy head. Show me where he said Houston "gave us the game."
Oh, and here is the OP's only other post on this thread where he said, and I quote "The texans didn't give this one away":

As I said the giants dominated but it was a poorly coached game by texans. The texans didn't give this one away and giants earned it but I wouldn't be happy with the coaching staff if I was a fan of them (and I'm not).

So much wrong here.

Try reading and understanding before you start yammering. It's perfectly clear that the OP was NOT bashing or belittling the Giants in any way. It lays out some good, factual observations; that's all.
