I live near Allentown so I wasn't able to get the Giants game because of NFL rules state that the Eagles were on at the same time and that was the only game allowed to be broadcast in our area. Besides I was at the Yankee game and because of those broadcast rules could not DVR the game either.
I did watch the NFL half hour rewind version and I wasn't surprised by Jennings big day and the fact that Cruz looked like his old self and Randle looked very much in sync with Eli. However, Larry Donnell continues to impress. And Parker looked just as impressive.
Those two guys are getting it done. I guess the tightend position isn't the vast waste land we all thought it would be. And I should also mention Fells had a really nice catch for a touchdown.
After those ealy problems, they both looked like they belonged. No surprise, really. Donnell has looked good in the passing game all year, and Parker was a very solid #3 receiver in Tampa his one full season there..
Giants keep trying to do some short stuff with Randle and let him beat/juke the corner up the field after the catch. The problem is though that Randle takes way too long in getting upfield. He also seems to take the inside path too often and it allows other defenders to help with the tackle.
<sarcasm off>
I have been impressed with Donnell every step of the way this year. He has stepped in and filled a void, making some very good catches and doing a fine job.

What's with the diss on Connor? He wrote that he was a "half dud" because the game was well played, and also took that comment back in todays Game Review after noting that the safety put a perfect hit on the ball to knock it loose.
We still need to find a legit high draft pick for him.
Parker no worse than Jernigan.
Both have an opportunity to improve with more playing time whereas Myers and Jernigan (it appeared) had maxed out their abilities.
