Where you guys buying tickets from? Stubhub? Ebay?
I have not been to a game since 2006 when the Bears ran a field back against us for a touchdown. I am looking at making the 3hr drive down to Metlife for the 11/23 Sunday night game against the Cowboys.
I am seeing two tickets in the 3rd tier in section 344 (corner end zone) which are row one for $430 for two tickets including parking pass. Honestly i was looking around and i would rather sit in the 3rd tier than the 1st or 2nd as you seemingly see more and way cheaper.
If anyone has a couple ROW 1 tickets for any home game let me know and maybe we can work something out...If its against he rules sorry, but we are all fans here and realistically it should be allowed as long as it does not get out of hand.
I don't have any personal experience sitting there. So maybe someone else can come in and say if its an issue or not.

I've never heard anyone complain about it. Just wanted to make sure you knew.

That is understood, but there are thousands of forums out there with buy/sell forums for whatever subject matter the forums are regarding. Take my interest for example, I have played guitar for 20+ years and i visit a few guitar/musician forums that have 100,000+ members. These forums all have a buy/sell forum and there have been times where people get ripped off but it is not the sites responsibility to manage or protect the buyers. Its the same as doing a deal through Craigslist.
There are many games for which tickets are available at or below face. Ticket exchange doesn't allow you to sell below face, but stubhub does.

Since the ticket exchange allowed tickets to be sold for over face. I do think the ticket holders should be allowed to make money. It just priced me out.

Tickets that are available below face are nose in the upper deck... is that is what you want. Also, you can buy from the ticket exchange up to 3 hours before game time. Stub hub pulls all listings down a few days before the game.
No, there are frequently tickets available at or below face in the other levels as well. Not for the more desirable games, but it's pretty easy to find decent tickets without paying over face for a non-premium opponent or if the weather's bad. And stubhub does not pull listings days before a game - you can buy tickets now for today's 4pm games.
