on defense, he is an NHL player. He's faster than most. Has a good effort level. Clearly more skilled than most. Can still put on like 20 pounds too.

to be. I hope they let him make the team, and we keep a few more of the kids (e.g., McIlrath, Lindberg, Fast, Hayes). Forget Stepniak and Lombardi. I'd keep Malone if he gets healthy, as he provides that physical presence the team needs. But go with more youth, and hope that by the second half they are integral parts of the team.
