BBI Plug: Tickets, Apparel, Amazon.com (BBI Shop)

Eric from BBI : Admin : 9/29/2014 11:26 pm
Just a friendly reminder, if you are looking for tickets, or Giants apparel, or perhaps simply looking to making a regular Amazon.com purchase, please consider using the "BBI Shop" option in the top menu bar.

BBI is an affiliate of TicketMonster, the official Giants store, and Amazon.com.

Any purchase you make via the BBI Store links, a small portion of that sale goes to BBI without affecting the price you pay.

Thank you for your support!

Eric - I realize we aren't allowed to sell our tickets directly on BBI but wondered if there was an option through TicketMonster. Due to an emergency I missed the Houston game and posted my tickets at face value on the NFLTicketExchange since I am a season ticket holder. Unfortunately on TicketExchange you are NOT allowed to sell below face so with their fee my $120 tix were $132. Just looking for a better option and thought if TicketMonster has the capabilities it may enable us season ticketholders to share directly with the BBI crew.

Not sure, but I can check later when I have time.

I think Stubhub buys tickets too?

This has always been a point of contention for me about bbi. Understand there were some issues and bein in the insurance field I understand it adds some exposure (intended or not). This discussion led to my banning a few years ago so I will be sure to tread lightly.

I don't see why we as a bbi community, seperate and removed from bbi, couldn't put together an email chain for something along these lines. The email chain could be used to discuss opportunities and ultimately leads to more Giants fans at home games. Giants tickets are already over priced at a face value (as compared to other markets re: price paid and seat level) and adding a third party transaction fee makes it worse.

I know it has been discussed before but maybe if we started a thread to get a group email going that would be okay? Will obviously wait for team BBI's response but could make some sense.

I was wondering the same thing. In past years I GAVE AWAY my preseason tkts to fellow BBIers and last year when I tried I was threatened to be banned.

guys are not allowed to use BBI to see tickets or parking passes. It's a legal issue for me, plus I don't want this site to have a Craigslist element to it.

If you want to arrange to buy/sell stuff away from BBI, sure. But you can't keep posting threads for people to join your e-mail group. Just do it a few times and be done with it.

Thanks.
