According to media Knicks have been shuffling in out during 5 on 5 and 4 on4's yet the only player who has not participated? Amar'e Stoudemire...maybe it is just rest but it is odd first day of training camp and he is not participating when he said he was ready to go..

I agree. Without having seen anything yet, I have a feeling Bargnani will be much better in this system and should start.
Amar'e has been quoted saying that this is the first summer out of the past three that he spent his time working out and practicing, rather than rehabbing. I am guessing he averages 20-25 minutes or so this season, and adds value.
I am more optimistic about the Knicks for this year than most on BBI, I suspect. One thing I find very intriguing, though, is whether the Knicks end up getting something of value in trade for 2015, either from an expiring contract such as Amar'e/Bargnani or for one of the surplus shooting guards.
