you could see either KC or OAK warm up a starter to come into relief if one of their relievers gets in trouble. But this Finnegan looks really good. They said he pitched in the College WS this June. Apparently he moved from A ball to the big leagues in half a season

Finnegan's MLB debut was 24 days ago!
