it's probably gonna be ugly as hell on the football field. Because male fans are much more likely to buy camo merch than pink merch, the Camo could have a far bigger presence on TV. I just hope they don't go too crazy with the camo.

Yea I kind of agree with this too. The NFL is clearly looking for good PR with the "Breast Cancer Awareness Month" and "Honoring Military Month", which just makes it feel so cheap like you said. But at the same time it does raise awareness for Breast Cancer and it does place more attention onto Military servicemen who deserve it. It's a double edged sword, I have nothing but respect for the Military and of course I want to fight cancer... but it just feels like such a marketing gimmick from the NFL.

Kudos, more than quite the effort.

It all does get a bit tiresome and the pink stuff has no business on a football field (not to diminish the cause, but it's a bit of obvious pandering).

Hunting camo is the worst. Made even worse by the fact that I live in an area where more than many feel it is perfectly acceptable evening attire. It's not. If your not on your way or just returning from killing some shit in the woods, you look retarded.

On Twitter that it will be the same as every other year. I personally like it. I think the Giants home jerseys look good with the pink accessories.

Was chatting it up with my buddy's wife two weekends ago and she said that commercial the NFL aired against domestic violence was the most offensive thing they've done to date, mainly because it was so incredibly disingenuous. The same organization that lied and enabled it all of a sudden was airing these commercials without even a hint of regret for previous actions (and saying "we got it wrong" doesn't quality).

It really is unintentionally transparent in the worst way.

ACU pattern is probably the ugliest pattern you can put on any uniform, both on the battlefield and football field.

I'm ok with Army wearing it, or another service academy. It just makes sense.

But all 32 NFL teams with as much camo gear as possible? No thanks. Just going to look so cheesy imo. And like I said before, since camo gear will sell better than pink gear we could see a lot more camo than we ever saw pink. I hope I'm dead wrong on that.

Yes...I believe that the Army is phasing out the ACUs, but it's a slow process. And I doubt that West Point will make it any faster of a transition than the rest of the Army.

A pink ribbon on the jerseys or field or both would have been more than enough. The pink accessories, cleats, etc. is just too much, is an eyesore, and really just crap. But, this year especially, it comes of as hypocritical.
