Decide to keep the running QB on the bench inside the 5, run fucking stretch plays with their 240 pound running back, then throw a god dammed fade on 4th after a fucking timeout.

some coaches are so fucking stupid. Texas Tech has 4th and inches. They go for it. They hand the ball off to a RB who is, get this, 9 YARDS behind the LOS. He ran for about 8 1/2 yards and got met and dropped.
really bad defense for UNC too, I know this is their Super Bowl this year but stunning to see how bad ND looks offensively. Kelly needs to commit to the run game for a bit here to try to settle Golson into the game
By the way, Miss. St got those 2 TDs within the first 4 minutes Â
fake punting on 4th and 2 up 21-0 has to be one of the dumbest decisions ive ever seen. Why give Auburn any momentum? If you want to fake it, just go for it on 4th and 2, higher percentage play than having your punter throw the fucking ball
but can they please shove those cow bells up the ass of every fan that has one? It's making this game extremely tough to watch with all that annoying noise
drunk if you wouldn't take Mariota in the first 3-4 rounds. He has next to no talent around him offensively, and his line is probably the worst of any major D1 school

Auburn must have been watching Syracuse in the red zone today. 6 plays inside the 5 and they do more trickery shit than normal plays.

mute, but then you'd miss Verne Lundquist's oh my goodness, which would be a shame

I wouldnt touch him whatsoever. All system QB. When his speed is negated at the next level and has to be a pocket passer.... his weaknesses will be exposed. He is a less talented RGIII.

All system? He has no talent around him on offense. He's got a very good arm, and he can run. I don't see much not to like
is the only thing keeping Auburn in this game. Turnovers, awful fake punt by Mullen. This had blowout written all over it early but Mississippi State has pissed that away

And there's the TD. Dak is playing pretty poorly right now. The INT in the endzone was bad as they come. He needs points before the half here.

Yup. Theh decided after getting up 21-0 in th early first to start getting cute and cocky. The mistakes are inexcusable.
punter just saved at least 4 points with his hustle, he somehow ran fast enough to make sure Baylor didnt get an easy scoop and score, I think the clock operator was very quick to stop the clock
like when weather is a factor. I want the two teams on the field to be the deciding factors, not the weather
Come on, how could you not like both of our NFC Championship wins in the Eli era, where weather was a huge factor
Cold weather is a little different for me, you can still play through that and play well.
Rain and crazy wind i hate
Well the Giants first NFC Championship was won in crazy wind, and the last one (2011) was won in rainy conditions, and the first Giants TD in that game was scored during the 15 minutes or so where there was a driving rainstorm
The 2007 NFC Championship wasn't just cold, it was absurd cold and it was a remarkably well-played game considering that fact
It's weird to see fellow Giants fans disliking adverse weather because some of our most famous wins were in the elements
Weather makes the game infinitely more interesting Â
what a mind numbing play that was by the UNC guy. You aren't allowed to touch the snapper until he gets his head up and can protect himself, and he didnt just bump into him
what a weird day of football. I honestly have no idea who is the best team. I haven't been impressed with a single team today. They've all looked like garbage.

Miss St really looked like "garbage" today?
Both teams did. Auburn had the ball inside the 10 like 6 times and scored once.
had no choice but to go for it but the play call was awful, thats such a low percentage throw on 4th and 3. There was interference on the play but the ref kept the flag in his pocket

Yes, they did. I was extremely impressed with them last week, but they were not very good today. Auburn was worse.
the book says to not go for 2 when Arkansas scored to go up 12-7, but the book doesn't tell you what kind of game you are in and the book also doesn't mention that extra points in college football are no gimme. In a low scoring game you almost have to go for 2 up 12-7 even in the 3rd quarter
You are a running team with 3 minutes on the clock and you come out with like 5 straight throws. What the fuck is that?
Also spare me the SEC is stacked bullshit. Any other conference that has their bottom dwellers beat their top teams their conference sucks and is having a down year. When is the SEC it's just shows their depth. It never ends!

Watch Bama somehow move into the top 5 lol. I just hope that Ole Miss, Georgia, and Mississippi state continue to roll. I am sick of the SEC crap but more than anything I am sick of Bama. They are a boring unimaginative team that barely squeaked by a one-dimensional team that imploded.
another game against a shit team where Hackenberg puts up mediocre stats. I wonder if everyone will continue blowing him as if he's Tom Brady back there
Puntin down 3 from his own 2.... he has 2 timeouts and 1:49 left and burned a timeout because the play clock was running out instead of taking the 1 yard penalty. LOL.
RE: If anyone just saw what James Franklin did.... Â

called timeout to make sure that the snapper knew to fire it out of bounds, wasnt a bad strategy actually. I dont think you should be able to onsides kick it on a free kick, but hey thats just me.

That's true, although he may have been concerned they were going to snap it without taking delay of game. Who knows.
Mississippi State is the best team in the country right now. FSU won't be moved off #1 until they lose but I think Miss St. would take them if they played right now. Ole Miss isn't far behind and you could argue that their victory over A&M is more impressive than Miss St because they did it in College Station
I really didn't think Ole Miss was going to go into College Station and win. Not only sis they do that, they dominated.
And FSU will clock the Irish next week. And I am an ND fan.
If Golson protects the ball ND has a chance...but if he turns the ball over 2-3 times like he has in previous games they will be out of it by halftime. FSU is a gigantic step up in class from everyone ND's played. That being said, you never know when the next shoe is going to drop on Jameis, and there's always the chance he'll be suspended at any time
My educated guess on the opening betting line is FSU -10
autographs by Winston authenticated according to ESPN. Very tough to prove but I have a nice bridge to sell you if you believe he wasn't getting paid for these. link - ( New Window )
True. And she looks pretty manish. So she's got that going for him.
Dont know why they are running wide with their big back. Seems like their best QB/RB were off the field inside the 5.
Someone has to be accountable if I am an Orange fan. You move the ball like that and dont score? Sheesh.
Pathetic. Stupid coaching. Idiocy at its finest.
I don't know but it makes me sad.
Pathetic. Stupid coaching. Idiocy at its finest.
Game should be 24-16, 24-20. They are so close.
No wonder why these teams suck.
Or not.
But again, terrible play calling in the red zone, two dropped ints, and numerous mental errors.
Wake up!
Miss St. goes 3 and out and Mullen moronically tries a fake that doesn't work, giving Auburn momentum they didn't have

And UCLA misses yet another FG. No running into the kicker this time. UCLA fucking blows.
If Auburn can get into the end zone, they would be winning this game.

Mariota is very similar to Kaepernick and he should go in the first round for sure

Hundley most certainly is. They wont even attempt a pass with him.

Ah, OK
The rain caused the inaccurate throw
Nah, I love when the weather is a factor

Sloppy field, poor weather, 45 yarder

Noticed that too. Amazing comeback by Baylor but the ending was ruined by the refs.

Yeah, a hail mary away from top 5, he must have forgotten the beating BC put on them.
They are a couple field goals away from being 2-4. Sarkisian is another shitty coach that USC has hired after Carroll left.
