Must say you guys did a good job carrying the thread through the day..amazing what some good play and optimism brings out.

Not much for me to do since you are aware of the moves from today, so your goaltender tonight is Jaro Halak. Forwards are:

Defense yet to be confirmed, but likely Boychuk-Leddy, Hamonic-Hickey (the coaching staff has noted they like this combo) and CDH-TBD. As noted, he's been practicing with Donovan, so it's possible we see that with Strait as your extra.

Isles will have some pink stick tape tonight, and if Twitter pics of practice today are any indicator, we will see the first appearance of our 3rd jersey (Stadium Series) in tonight's tilt.

Send Reinhart down to make room for deHaan, so he can be paired with Strait. If Donovan was going to sit, may as well have him sit for Reinhart. What the hell dhas Strait done to deserve ice time.

He shouldn't even be on the roster.

CDH will have some rust to work off. Pairing him with Reinhart puts too much responsibility on 8. Pairing him with Donovan, who has yet to see the ice also creates a dicey situation. So, better the devil you know with a weaker partner who has the experience as well as the flow of the first 3 games under his belt. I guess.

Good pace to the game. I think Martin, if he took on Scott, does nothing positive for the effort the team is making. That can change so maybe later but no need to make a statement or set tone at this point.
