Hopefully I don't sound callous, but you have 48 hours usually or the victim is dead. I had no doubt she was dead the moment the report hit the news. May she rest in peace and her family find some comfort in closure. Incredibly sad, the inhumanity of man never ceases to disgust.
I didn't think there was any chance that she was alive. This can give closure to the Graham family, and also present a body for which to help establish guilt and a conviction.
They avoided saying it, but this has been a body search for a month plus. You don't send search dogs and three hundred people into the woods for a couple weekends in a row to find a missing person.
