NFT: Smoker had been fired up - who else is eating big today?

Doing a shed load of ribs on the weber smokey mountain. What do y'all have going on?

meat is marinating in soy sauce, OJ & spicy mustard. Plan to cook it med rare. My wings will have franks red hot, lot of butter and honey. I do not like blazing hot so this is mild enough for me. Although it does make my nose run so it is hot thanks to frank

- Grilled Prosciutto-wrapped skewered steak strips with pancetta cubes (Mario Battali recipe)

- Clam & cheese-stuffed mushrooms

- Big ass boiled cocktail shrimp

Will have to baptize them in some beer before the game though. My wife likes this Asian peanut sauce that I make. Growing up I would never think to do it but I got to tell you it is damn good. I'll have several plane and several with that sauce on there. My mom is so simple it works out for everybody

Roast Cauliflower & Brussel Sprouts, oh and a 14 lb. Porchetta. Rolled & tied it, stuffed with garlic, rosemary, parsley & thyme made in to a paste with a little olive oil. It's on the Weber rotisserie now.

I smoked 2 racks of ribs - 2 pork tenderloins - and 2 chickens - and 4 Sweet potatoes --

they were divine!!!!
