Losing sucked, but one thing I kept thinking in the second half was that somehow, we will look back at how Eli almost always brought his A game against the Cowbows, and Eli vs. Romo have been some of the great games of this era. This was another one, almost punch for punch, and, predictably, the team with the most turnovers lost. In 10 years, we will look back at these games with nostalgia.
Somehow, this stuck with me this game.
It was 28-14 in the 4th, we scored a TD against a prevent defense and got the ball back down 10 with a minute left and no timeouts.
If this is what we consider a close loss now, man have we hit a new low as a fanbase.
The fumbles were the result of someone working hard to make an extra yard for a crucial first down - not carelessness or stupidity.
I don't believe we deserved to win, but I do think it was a lot closer than the score indicates.
It was an even game until then. This was no blowout.

This is on point. The game really turned on that fumble.

Also, today's game was very close. It came down to who made plays in the 4th quarter. They did, we didn't.
