to convince themselves that the Cowboys aren't good? They went into Seattle and beat the defending champs, they won 6 in a row and they beat us. Meanwhile, we're staring at 3-4, we can't run the ball to save our lives, and playoff hopes are fading fast.
Miracles do happen, but the Giants aren't catching the lesser of Eagles/Cowboys and the Packers/Lions/Niners/Seahawks for a wild card spot. The NFC is very competitive this season, unlike the AFC where the 4-3 Bills and 3-2-1 Bengals are vying for the final spot.
we would have won, if we didn't fumble, or we didn't miss that tackle, or if we didn't have movement in the OL, or if we had covered that TE, etc, etc, etc...
The fact is, we did fumble, we did miss the tackle, we did move on 4th and one, we didn't cover their TE, because these are the mistakes we make week after week....this is not a team that can make up for mistakes it makes.....when you are a real good team you can.....but when you are not, you can't....

No, I just wasn't impressed. The big win they got last week, they streak they've been on and how they've been getting pumped up I thought we'd get destroyed. We went in there and hung in until the end despite a lot of dumb mistakes.
DeMarcus Lawrence has begun practicing with the team and should be ready to return in a couple of weeks. Josh Brent and Amobi Okoye should also join the team by week 10. If this happens their first game will be against NY. This should provide some additional depth to the DL and Dallas is hoping to improve their pass rush as well with the addition of these players.
In two weeks Dallas plays Arizona. By this time it's possible that Dallas could be 7-1 and Arizona 6-1, and the game would be for the #1 spot in the NFC. This game is scheduled for 1:00pm, but I believe it will be flexed to the 4:25pm slot.
