The neglect of the LB position alone should be enough reason to move on from Reese. The fact that we all watched the O-line stink it up as bad as it did last year and then for JR to just go into the season with a Center who hadn't played in 2 years and a bunch of 2nd/3rd string replacements is also unacceptable. He has had some good picks here and there but man he is one of the biggest reasons that this team can't compete.

Walton was a good signing and Richburg was drafted. Jerry was signed as a starter since he started for 3 years, iirc, with the Dolphins. Schwartz was the best OG available. Brown was a starter for the Saints, but has not done well.
So your argument is invalid. This line is a vast improvment, not great, but getting better.
Has been some of the worst ever. Outside of the 1st rd it's been a total disappointment. U look throughout the league. Everyone has 5th, 6th rd picks making an impact in some way. We have nothing. Chalk it up to bad luck, injuries, non football accidents, etc. It's just been a nightmare. And that's where team depth is built. And why there is none here.

Ross Works under Reese. Reese is responsible for Ross' work.
If Ross is the problem, then Reese should be fired for not firing Ross.
In addition, Fewell and Quinn have to go.
MANY other teams including Dallas have had far worse injuries. The way the coaches react to these injuries is why we play poorly. For example, Jon Beason. He can't play. Our defense has been much better without him. There was no need to rush him back after our three game win streak. Just let him sit and heal. Give it all the time it needs. He is injured. He plays like shit when injured. You gotta let the young players play. Our use of personnel is baffling sometimes. Our defense was outstanding without him. Why the fuck would we rush him back?
Injuries are not the problem this year? We played the Dallas game without our number one WR , CB , RB , and MLB. So I guess if Dallas went into the game without Murray and Bryant they would win?
Williams, Paysiner and Herzlich. Williams was a great draft pick for a 6th rounder just for what he did during the Super Bowl run and everything else with him is gravy. The other two were Undrafted Free Agents. The fact that they made the team and have lasted this long is the problem - not what they have or haven't done.
join the long list of FA signings who end up injured, drawing pay, most of their tenure here. Thats why you have to connect in the draft. These discards who were not resigned by their original team usually do not work out. Reese has been great at identifying them and signing them. But does not do well in the draft. What does that tell you ?
