For years I used Firefox, now it is so jammed up with pop-up ads and error messages, I am using Chrome and find it a bit better. I hate change (sort of like our coach on this) but after a while it became necessary.
Firefox for long time but recently I am getting too many shockwave plugin errors. I've tried reinstalling shockwave without any luck. May move to Chrome (which I use sometimes anyway).
But, yeah, I stick with Firefox, too.

It sucks because I use Gmail too.. hard to get emails sometimes.
Firefox second.
Safari beyond that.
