I'm looking to add a RB and a WR to replace Jonathan Stewart and an extra D/ST that I currently have on my roster. Available on waivers in my league are...
RB--Denard Robinson, Darren McFadden, Tre Mason
WR--Mike Evans, Terrence Williams, Greg Jennings
Does any one of the six stand out to you as a waiver wire steal? I'm leaning towards Robinson as my priority claim (I'm 7th out of ten teams).
Mason looks good and has far more talent than Stacy and Cunningham.
I doubt Robinson lasts to 7th.
I doubt Robinson lasts to 7th.
It's not a keeper league--and yeah, I doubt he lasts until the 7th spot, so I should put some thought into my second choice. I think all the receivers I listed will clear waivers, but all three RB's could be claimed.
Why aren't they throwing him the ball more often, that's what he does, catches passes out of the backfield. I'm guessing it's a developmental thing with Carr being inexperienced. If Carr starts using that as a weapon, McFadden could blow up...

On the other hand, this blurb from ESPN makes him sound promising going forward....
Spin: Offensive coordinator Brian Schottenheimer said earlier this week that he was going to split the backfield touches between Mason, Benny Cunningham and Zac Stacy, until he found a hot hand, but he fully went with Mason on Sunday, as Cunningham finished with two carries for three yards and Stacy didn't get a single touch. Cunningham did contribute in the passing game, catching five passes for 46 yards and a touchdown, but it looks like Mason has taken over the carries out of the backfield. Up next is a Week 8 matchup against a Chiefs defense that is allowing 127.4 rushing yards per game this season, the 10th-highest average in the NFL.
My team is in shambles right now with fjax injury. I had an awful week as my team underperformed and I played Graham (he was supposed to get snaps) who put up a doughnut.
I have:
Luck/Cam
Alshon Jeffrey/Cordarelle Patterson/Anaquan Boldin/Andre Roberts/Stevie Johnson (terrible WRs)
Gio Bernard/Fjax/Andre Williams/McFadden
Graham/Jordan Reed
This kid is trying to get Luck from me. He offered me Brady and Brian Quick (LOL)... we counter offered and went back and forth, and now we are thinking about:
Luck and McFadden for Foles/Brandon Oliver/DeAndre Hopkins OR Desean Jackson.
Do you think thats a good trade in my position? Its a PPR league. Hopkins is playing better than DJax. I'd start Oliver right away, but surprisingly, McFadden has been somewhat decent.
I could probably get my starting McFadden while Fred Jackson is hurt, but I need to desperately upgrade my WR. I'm not sure this really does much for me, but it does plug a few holes.
The more I type it out in this post, the less I like it...
Reggie still hasn't and he held up longer than Roddy...
Said that Brown could carry the load.
Yahoo is saying that Brown will lead the time share with Dixon playing second fiddle unless Brown coughs it up.
Personally, I'd go with Brown, he can be explosive...
My wife smacked me when I saw it and yelled oh shit in front of the kids.
I lost several players this week...
Other rbs are Lacy, Ellington, Tate .5 ppr

p.s.-- And who knows what happens with Oliver once Ryan Matthews gets healthy.
Jets 8th against the run.
Too many questions about Brown and Dixon for me to waste a # 2 pick on one.
I'm gonna hope Tavares Cadet or Stepfan Taylor clears and grab one of them...
Or...should I wait for the waiver to pick up someone? I'm afraid he may pull the trade offer if I'm waiting for someone on the waiver
I'm concerned about the Doug Martin trade because I'm giving up Eagles Def. They have been a stud most of the season long and have a decent remaining of schedule.
12 Man Standard
QB: Ryan
RB: Charles, Martin, Fred Jackson, Cunningham
WR: Brown, Nelson, Gordon, Holmes, Cooks
TE: Gronk, Donnell
Def: Seattle
I'm one game behind in the playoffs but have to jump over 3 people to get in.
PPR league BTW.
I am also considering Bradshaw for Russel Wilson, since Matt Ryan is my QB and he has been crappy lately.
Bradshaw should get you a low-level WR1 or top WR2. I wouldn't trade him for Beckham.

I tried getting Bradshaw and Maclin for Antonio Brown. It was turned down.
QB Romo
RB Sankey
RB Mckinnon
WR Dez
WR Benjamin
Flex Michael Floyd
TE Cameron
Subs:
WR Roddy White
WR Beckham JR
RB Ball
RB Stacy
WR Crabtree
WR Gordon
WR Holmes
Non PPR, standard everywhere else. I was just Offered Eddie Lacy and Lamar Miller for Dez. Do I pull the trigger getting two starting backs for Dez with the WR depth I have? This is a very competitive league.

I would do that deal

No way for OBJ. I'd be okay with it for Wilson (especially since he's had his bye and Bradshaw hasn't), but I'd have to see the rest of your RBs to know for sure if you have to do that.

Terrible trade for you, Lacy is all name. He's not a good fantasy back with Rodgers and that passing game. A little better in non PPR leagues, but not good at all. He will be TD dependent with 50 yards rushing every week. I like Miller for his all around game, but Dez is one of the best. You are getting destroyed with this trade.
