her brows are natural, not darkened as in the older picture. And her lips aren't as colored, so not as prominent. However, it does appear that she did have an eye lift. It's possible that she lost weight and her face is less round. I'd have to see before and after with no makeup.

Getting old knocks the shit out of all of us.

A person who wanted out of hollywood to lead a normal life would change their face.

Its just kind of weird that she looks so different. You definitely need to do a double take. But this isnt some plastic surgery horror story by any stretch

I saw different shots that looked better. I was never all that attracted to her to begin with by hollywood standards, but i dont find her new look some cosmetic tragedy. She looks fine, just different. And shes in her 40s now

...it's not that she looks 'bad' now. Just that she looks like a different person, and she wasn't unattractive at all to begin with, IMO.

IMO, She's a great actress

The main thing is how different she appears to look, which is causing the shock, as others have rightly mentioned. I bet with the right styling and makeup she could look just the same as before, but aged and with a few pounds re-gained.

She looks like a natural beauty in each, very fresh faced, but maybe a little more smoothed out in a couple places in the latest photos and far more mature looking.

If you never saw the before, I don't think you'd spot the after.

If you saw that picture with no caption and someone asked you who it was, I'd be shocked if many people would guess correctly. Aging a few years doesn't usually make you unrecognizable.

from the flashes of the cameras are pretty much bouncing back from the same points on her face. You would see a difference if there were some changes in bone structure. Angle of the flash in different images reinforces this, as the light is bouncing back off the same points in the face.

If it were 10 years apart it wouldn't be as dramatic.

I saw the "after" shot and thought it was Glenn Close with a new hairdo. Renee downgraded herself.

She was pretty hot in that. Great little outlaws-on-the-run flick. One of my all time underrated favorites ever since it came out.
Also featured Rory Cochrane from Empire Records in a great bad-ass role.
