. I'm not familiar with the comics, does that follow a story line?
Ultron was a robot created by Hank Pym (Ant-Man/Giant Man) with Hank's brain waves, that eventually became sentient, and grew to hate Pym. He created the Vision and has been a main Avengers villain since the 60's.

Supposedly, in the movie, Ultron was created by Tony Stark rather than Pym.
But, with Antman filming for release later this year, I wouldn't put it past Marvel to throw in a Pym cameo to make the origin story of Ultron right with he fan boys. You have to admit, its at least possible.
Who created Ultron is probably moot. How he turns on his creator and humanity is where the story is.
A group of young superheroes gets in over their heads in a fight with some bad guys in suburbia (while filming a reality tv show). One of the baddies blows himself up, destroying the school and a few surrounding blocks and killing hundreds (including all the kids in the school). The public outrage leads to "Superhero registration " legislation- either register and work for the government, or be considered a criminal and get locked up. This leads to two factions of heroes- anti registration (led by Cap) and pro registration (led by Iron Man), then basically leads to war between the two camps of heroes, with both sides sacrificing their morals for "victory ". Cap is assassinated in that storyline.
Civil War ( and the Winter Soldier) is a relatively new storyline- last decade or so.
I know the actor has said he wants to call it quits
i imagine like the comic books
avenegers are going to change membership
with scarlet witch and quicksilver joining the team
and iron man thor and hulk quitting

antman will be there for avenegers 3
And the rumor is that Captain America 3 will be that Civil War story.
animated Ultron a while ago. Did Stark create Ultron? I forgot how Ultron came about. In the cartoon, an old stark trains the kids of the avengers. It's actually a good animated movie.
Still has the mask of an ant,as Pym created him using his Antman tech.
In this version Stark creates Ultron from Jarvis programming. It looks like something turns the Hulk bad, could be the Witch, could be Ultron. Caps sheild being ripped in half can only lead to Hulk. Ultron is strong but not that strong. Bet Hydra has something to do with the Twins being released and fighting with the Avengers. They need Antman to get inside Ultron to shut him down. Edgar Wright really fucked the chain of movies by being a dick and pulling out. Antman should have been this November leading into AOU.
and was the first time I bought comics in ages. It would make a great movie if they stayed away from politicizing too much. I mean, it's a political story in itself, I just mean I would hope they don't try to make it a preachy allegory about essential rights vs safety and government protection. In the wrong hands that story could become preachy as all hell.

For film I imagine Stark will be his creator.

Still think this is all leading to Hulk getting banished from Earth to set up Phase 3 World War Hulk Avengers movie.
No, that was the Civil War storyline.
