MNF vs. Colts

Hey all. I'll be visiting NY for the MNF game vs. the Colts on Nov. 3. Wondering what hometown Giant fans might recommend for a visitor prior to the game. Is there a cool bar nearby? A tailgate party at the stadium? Something cool inside?

theres really nothing near by, but there was this one thing for tailgating where it was $30 for all you can eat/drink. I didn't do it, but its there.

I've only been there once and it was last year, last game of the season, so I'm sure there are plenty of other posters that have more insight.

inside the stadium is definitely worth arriving early for: You can see all FOUR SuperBowl trophies, all the NFC Championship trophies, and other assorted history and memorabilia. Definitely worth standing in the 30-minute line for, so get there early!

Do what I do. Show up with a nice cut of meat. Don't be a arse hole, and some one will happily throw it on their grill for you. Remember to offer them some, especially if they share their beer....

NY is one of those destination cities so u won't be only Indy fan

Unclear if you're a Colts fan coming or a Giants fan. Not a big deal but a Colts fan might be less interested in the NYG hall of fame.

For people in the know, is the Xanadu thing right there worth it Forman out of townet? Is it shopping or what?

Thanks, folks. Not a Colt fan. Just visiting the area, and loving an opportunity to see a great game in a new/different venue. Want to soak in as much "local" as possible. Maybe I'll see some of you there. I'll be the guy in the Giants hat. ;)
