but I'd rather have no replay than blow replays like that. And there are multiple each week in both college football and the NFL that no one can ever explain how they are blown. I can't live with that.

Absolutely. Stoudt is atrocious. But let's not forget, Syracuse is on their 3rd string QB as well. And he's a Freshman that they had planned on red shirting. At least Stoudt, as putrid as he is, was the starter to begin the season

Did they really just say on the Penn St game that the reason they screwed up the replay review was because they got the "wrong feed" in the booth? And once they made the announcement, and realized the mistake, they can't go back and change it according to the rules? That's some bullshit.

I was really impressed by his freshman compaign. However, he has regressed big time this year. Stares down WRs, not the most accurate.

Now granted his OL is fuckng shitty, but even when he has time, he has looked awful the last 4-5 games.

but look at the schedule he has gone against so far this year. It's been cupcake city and he had 5 to 7 ratio coming into the game. He's living off of a rivals ranking and bill o'brien

half-serious question: do you enjoy watching these games? I love your passion for the sport and enjoy reading these threads (usually the morning after as I'm typically watching with friends and/or the GF), but I think you have 30-something posts in this thread and almost every single one is overtly negative. I mean, I know 90% of college football games involve one team screwing up only to be bailed out by the other team screwing up even more, but if I weren't watching the same games as you I would think the viewing experience is something close to torture.

Not suggesting you stop posting or change your tone or anything like that - post whatever you want. Just wondering whether this is, you know, actually an enjoyable experience for you or not.

watching college football. I have 3 tv's on the wall and enjoy the hell out of it. Most posts on game threads are going to come off as negative when you're not actively rooting for one team or another. I hate officials, so a lot of the negativity does surround that and they drive me nuts.

in the South Carolina-Auburn game, SC just recovered a fumble or an onsides kick, not sure

might need a turnover to win this game, or a fluke type play because Jennings can't move them down the field. That beginning was a fucking killer for anyone rooting for LSU.
