350-lb guard throws TD pass in Arkansas game -

throws it to the guy who snapped the ball, to boot, who became an end when the guard stepped into the backfield. I assume this play would not be legal in the NFL.

but couldn't the center (or whomever snapped the ball) declare themselves eligible prior to the start of the play?
