Nicks, Bradshaw, Osi, Joseph, Tuck etc..........Oh that's right we DID have them!!!!
If we would have kept these individuals, we would NOT need to get a WR for a first draft pick this season, or any other big play position, we could have concentrated on O LINE which is our biggest need.
Reese or whoever need to get a clue, the past drafts have killed us and faded our beloved NY Giants into obscurity!
Draft players from the big "fifteen colleges"
15. Penn State
14. Iowa
13. Alabama
12. Oklahoma
11. Michigan
10. Florida
9. Wisconsin
8. Tennessee
7. Ohio State
6. Texas
5. California
4. USC
3. LSU
2. Georgia
1. Miami
The last three drafts, no matter what pick, these schools have produced starters for us:
1. Beckham Jr. LSU
2. Devon Kennard USC
Last year
1. Johnathon Hankins Ohio St.
two years ago
1. Rueben Randle LSU
Bonafide contributors, no matter what pick it is.
not Syracuse, Boston College, and other "feel good" picks.
as a bonus SPEED KILLS, get speed, please.
thanks.
Bradshaw would be nice to have in hindsight but they guy has had like 8 surgeries and we thought we had something in Wilson (even though I hated that pick).
In a perfect world, it would be nice to hold on to those guys but there is this little thing called the salary cap that you have to make decisions with.
Also, your last point, speed kills... Isn't that why we drafted Beckum?
Tuck - 18 tackles 1 sack
Nicks - 17 catches 8.3 yard average
Yeah, these guys would mean a championship.
Does happen more than not.
Meanwhile, Michigan jumps off that list at me given my handle. Last I saw Michigan (yesterday) they had a losing record and just got their asses handed to them by Michigan State who, amusingly, is not on the list. The announcers had trouble coming up with more than three UM starters that were going to play on Sundays on both sides of the ball.
I'd love to have Linval Joseph right now - at the right price.

Ugh..
