The Knicks are expected to waive Travis Outlaw and eat the $3 million on his contract by Monday and have UCLA forward Travis Wear as their 15th man. Knicks president Phil Jackson originally had Wear slated for the D-League, but Outlaw showed nothing and played just two preseason games while Wear looked dangerous from mid-range.
