Watching the game last night made me think of how lacking in talent we are at this phase of the season due to injuries and poor drafting. The Giants are thin in talent compared to the other teams in our division and our defensive coach is not capable of putting together a creative scheme that can attack our different opponents. Opponents know our defensive schemes and tendencies which do not change much week to week. This is why I do not view us as a playoff team this year.
Irk is putting it mildly, infuriating is more like it.
Yeah, watch out so long as NYG's offensive gameplan doesn't castrate it's QB, which it did last Sunday.
Fewell can't do it. Just not capable.
be putting rg3 on trading block soon
but teams that figure out exploit
because he cant adjust....hes lot tc
once he gets a plan he sticks w it....
Hilarious.
We lost, I get it, but we didn't get blown out and we match up differently against them than do the Skins. The Skins were also playing with house money - no expectations of them with McCoy behind center and a record worse than ours.
The shitty effort came against Philly. That one I could see being pissed about, and remaining pissed about it for some time.
RB - Morris
We do not have this talent level on our team. In addition, we have HC and DC who are unimaginative. They beat Dallas with a 3rd string quarterback. When was the last time our TALENTED team pulled off this kind of victory?

This is high level trolling

My problem is with the Cowboy game, that it was the Giants have a 14-7 lead and get outscored 24-7 from that point on. The 7 came after getting down 28-14 which was followed by the defense not being able to get off the field until the game was sealed.
But.. Colt McCoy.
The guy did an admirable job last night but that's not an NFL caliber starting QB. None of those 3 guys in that QB carousel there are going to ever get it done.
They have some good players but they're still the Redskins, they still pretty much suck and they're still the team we made look like a peewee football squad just a few weeks ago.
That said, Breeland did the best job this side of Richard Sherman defending Dez Bryant. Great individual performance.
If you rewatch the game, you will notice Romo barely even looked at Bryant. Bryant was open A LOT but Romo didnt have time to throw it to him.
He's a rookie who was taken in the 3rd rd. For a guy who hasn't even played a full NFL season I thought he played well last night. Not calling him an all-pro but it's possible the guy can play. He's played a half of one season.
Yesterday he had a post saying the Giants aren't as talented as the Steelers and won't be able to beat the Colts. Today it is the redskins.
I still struggle to figure out what synapses come together for some of these cocks to think "Hey! There's a topic that's worth posting!"
Being worried about the Redskins, on the other hand, is pure idiocy.
Cowboys lose a game, they stink
Next week
Redskins lose, they stink
Cowboys win, SB baby
In the NFL, it's not a matter of win/loss records, it's a matter of matchups.....
Think the Giants could have blitzed the Cowboys and got the same results as the 'Skins? I don't think so....
It's been a crazy season thus far...teams that have started off hot are now cold.....some that got off to a bad start, Indy 0-2, Pats 2-2, are back.....
If Romo's back is in question, this puts a definite damper on the their season....but, should Romo have gone back in the game, after the backup led them to 10 points?....Dallas dodged two bullets when Romo fumbled, and a great play by his receiver saved an int in regulation....
We are at the midpoint of the season......anything can happen from this point on, and I wouldn't be surprised....it will be one of the teams, that is still in the hunt, and playing well at the end of the season, that will be the one to watch out for....and it could be anyone....
But I just don't think the Giants have enough horses to do it......The loss of Beason, the hole at safety, DRC in and out of the lineup, lack of a pass rush...can this OL get back on track? Can OBj accelerate on the learning curve? Will Jennings, not only come back, but can he play at the same level as he left? Will Donnell make an appearance again?
The NFC East leaders are faltering....the Giants have had two weeks to get ready for this game....this game may be their season....
Balls to the wall, took risks that succeeded, playing the kids, in part out of necessity.
On that last point, and after JRs presser comment yesterday about wanting to see the kids on the field, esp. DaMonster (similar to what JM said about Jernigan), I think we see more Bromley, Behre, and Wynn, the rest of the year.
Or TC will 'retire'.

Hey Fatso,
Keep your trash talk to yourself!
