What's the timetable for Jennings?

Grey Pilgrim : 10/28/2014 10:23 pm
Anyone know what the traditional recovery time is for this type of injury (MCL sprain)?

Just wondering.
It really depends on the grade

. Since we have no idea of the grade, the timetable is anyone's guess. I would be shocked if he played this week. But, I guess we will know more tomorrow

is running, but not cutting. To me, that doesn't sound close.

Coughlin said "day to day."
If we can somehow squeeze out a win

against Indy and then get Jennings and Schwartz back healthy in week 10, I think we'll go on a real run. The sun will continue to rise on the Beckham era.

I thought the initial target date was against the Colts, but now that doesn't appear likely.

All I know is that we need the dude back. Badly.
When TC says that a player is 'day to day,' IMHO it means

that there is NO timetable. That it is totally up to the player's body to decide when it can play football again.

It always reminds me of the famous lyrics from Carmen:
Peut-être jamais, peut-être demain.
Mais pas aujourd'hui, c'est certain!

Translation:
Maybe never, maybe tomorrow.
But not today, that's for sure.

Yet "day to day" means close.
His hyperbolic chamber will fix him up.

Not necessarily... Coughlin has used "day to day" in the past when a player was 2-3 weeks away.
