What exactly have they had to cheer about? It was pretty loud early. This team is going to be a work in progress, not a lot of talent to begin with and now running a completely new system that they don't have great personnel for and is difficult to pick up to begin with

I get that but it's the opener and I can't tell if it's just ESPN's audio or the crowd.. it just sounds like there's no one there. Obviously down double digits now it's not going to be loud. I don't even care about crowd noise much it just seemed abnormally silent for a season opener.
this is just one game and not a sign for the rest of the season but Shumpert's offense is absolutely awful tonight
It's been absolutely awful his entire career.
Eh, most of his career, he had about a half season there where he wasn't so bad and everyone on BBI wanted to throw it in my face for ripping him as an offensive player when he was drafted
Is its built with a bunch of morons and chuckers...as soon as this team gets down they abandon the offense and they go back to chucking and 1 on 1 play..
if Okafor winds up being the best player in this class. He might be the #1 pick but he isn't very athletic and I think as a result his ceiling is lower than a couple other guys, probably higher floor though
We're starting against probably the 2 best teams in the East.. and we're running a new system.. with a new coach.. a bunch of new players.
Did anyone expect us to look good right now? I didn't. We're going to look like shit for a while. It won't be this bad all year.
Unfortunately, the Knicks aren't going anywhere this year and we all know that so we've just got to look for the bright spots and look for improvement along the way and hope we'll be able to add a piece, draft a good player and be in a position to actually compete the following couple years+
Yea him and his Steve Harvey suits didn't look right on the msg sideline Fisher has a little Pat Riley swagger to him
Looks like it.
Which sucks because it gave two guys fouls in Rose/Shump when Amare is the one who deserved the onlyh foul. Now Shump has 2.

Gibson, Mirotic, and McDermott are going to be a force off the bench this year.

Yes
it's not an effort issue, it's a talent issue
Top Tank Mottos so far for 2014-15:
Choke for Oke
Play down for Towns
Lose the day for Mudiay
