NFT: Anyone planning on pre-ordering the Nexus 6 today?

Josh in the City : 10/29/2014 11:54 am
Wondering what time pre-orders are going live. Also leaning towards the white over the blue but not 100% yet. My venture back to the iPhone (6) isn't going to last very long afterall. Counting the days until I can switch back to Android. Anyone else?
Just curious, but how come you don't like the iPhone?

Mainly because ios is not a full blown OS...Android can do things now that ios 12.1 will be doing. ..
I find it to be a little too big

I'm actually eyeing up the droid turbo, even though it is uglier, due to the huge battery and more manageable screen size

Yea pretty much this. There are just too many things that aren't intuitive in iOS and very restrictive in HOW you accomplish certain tasks. Also don't care for the home screen simply being a grid of apps with no ability for widgets or customization. Throw in the fact that Android L looks far nicer and more feature-rich and I'm greatly looking forward to switching back.

skipped the Nexus 5 because I was going to upgrade to the Nexus 6. But I think the thing is too darn expensive and big. I don;t want to carry around a gigantic device in my pocket all day long. I will probably wait until the spring and see what is in the market for a GSM phone around $350.

why not looks at the Moto X which is basically just a smaller version of the Nexus 6?
