I need to know why that spot was marked a first down against the Eagles a few weeks ago when the ball was clearly short of the marker. I've watched football for a long time.. basically since I was young enough to have a memory.. and I had never seen that in my life.

Has there ever been any explanation for this one from the NFL or questions about it in the media?
The best part was Al Michaels when they put the chains down said "third down" and then when the referee signaled first down he like gasped and then started laughing, and then shut up immediately. Almost like someone was in his ear telling him to act like it never happened. We got no replay of it or anything

Still have not seen or heard any explanation. It was one of the most bizarre things I've seen in a football game. I was watching that game at a bar and every single person in the bar went "what the hell was that?!"
It was clear as day. Not one person didn't notice. But it just kind of got swept under the rug and never got mentioned anywhere again.
After seeing the PBS special Cold Case JFK, I feel every question has been answered.
If I could have any question answered, I'd like to know the real reason why we invaded Iraq in 2003. I'm pretty sure I know the real answer but it would be nice to have a smoking gun video answer. Cold Case JFK - ( New Window )
I thought about asking that question too but as far as I am concerned, I really don't have much doubt. I didn't want to waste my one question on something that is settled. At least for me it is settled.
The thread on the start of the Iraq War doesn't seem to be available any longer. People not paying attention or people that have a fulfilling life might have missed that thread.
So I'll throw a few in here:
- Stonehenge
- Bermuda Triangle
- What did actually happen to the settlers at Roanoke Island ("Croatoan")
- Are ghosts real?
- Area 51/Groom Lake

Here's a few
Stonehenge astrological reference point from space see Pyramids
Bermuda Triangle also claim to be the area Atlantis sank.
Roanoke settlement Indians eliminated it.
Ghosts are real as are alternate dimensions of reality matter changes
Area 51 alien technology being supervised by government. Weapons aircraft testing ground.
Second: What is the significance of "Omaha?"
Third: If McClain isn't the "MIKE," then who is?
Not one for the big conspiracies about 9/11, but there is still plenty of irksome shit & fuzzy details about it.

Mythbusters actually debunked all the myths associated with landing on the moon and it being fake.
Bill2 laid it out on the table a few weeks ago,and quite eloquently, for anyone paying attention.
Never was a real secret.
I would like to know why I made those stupid decisions though or my life even though I knew they were probably wrong at the time.
Aliens for sure.
Since we'll all find out soon enough, I wouldn't waste my one mystery solved on that.
JFK's obviously a big one, but it's natural to be more focused on current things, so like Mook, MH 370 is probably highest on my list right now.

at halftime of 2006 vs Chicago.....
Ha, ha , i was thinking the same thing....

Do you remember the thread title? I'd like to go back and read that.
I would ask if there has ever been intelligent life on another planet
Yes.

On a personal level i would love to be the one to solve the Beale Ciphers. I'd famous and rich at the same time
But honestly, the biggest mystery to me, is the whereabouts of my father. Haven't seen or heard from him in maybe 18 years.
I laughed
What if you were told that "elements" were. Would that suffice?
Take this further. How much of the spygate practices account for the patriots success in the past decade+

Don't even get me started on that...

Apparently they've found a portion of the plane and located wreckage offshore that could be the remains of the fuselage.
