NFT: Trying to post recipe on Pinterest

I am trying to post recipe on Pinterest. Once it is posted I will enter a contest to win a Kitchen aid mixer. I tried to upload recipe and it says "that fie type is not supported". My word document is 16KB. Does my word document need to be smaller? Contest closes on November 1, 2014. Thank you.

i think it means it won't accept .doc/.docx... try printing/saving to PDF and then upload

I made document a .pdf and still got same error message.

Has to be a JPG, GIF, or PNG
