NFT: Mets moving Michigan Facility to Port St. Lucie

Look to hire Barwin as strength and conditions coach. This is a really nice move as we got great results last year from Barwin in Michigan. So we hired a legitimate hitting coach and a cutting edge strength and conditioning coach in a week?? What's going on here??

Everyone knows how I feel about Collins, but I think they already promised him another year and have him on board with what they want to do. It sucks honestly.

I do think Warthen is a great pitching coach and Long has a pretty good reputation as hitting coach. I love this strength and conditioning move.

This is old news yet the article in the Daily News makes it like they are breaking some secret plan that no one knows about - lol.

Odd this HASNT been done previously, but I guess the Mets didn't want to commit to St Lucie until they knew they were staying there.

Been busy at work lately. Must have completely missed this. Haven't seen it announced anywhere.
