He just seems ignorant and young and dumb but I wouldn't cut him for what was said on the video. He just seems nervous to be there. He was cooperative.
But in terms of 'any other team would have cut him', that's ridiculous. By the standard of NFL player's crimes, this is almost nothing. And he already paid a steep price.

I don't know why he got paid, but it's not like Haynes broke open the bank for him. I'd guess the 15K worth of underwear Randle gets to giveaway to poor kids as part of the effort to shore up his image was not an insignificant part of it.
