| The Philadelphia Flyers couldn't manage a single goal against the New York Rangers Wednesday night and ended up dropping their third straight game. Though the Flyers did put 31 shots on goal, no one in the dressing room could have been happy with the effort in the 2-0 loss. General manager Ron Hextall apparently was particularly dissatisfied with his team's play, so much so that he could be heard laying into the team from the team's dressing room according to Frank Seravalli of the Philadelphia Daily News. According to Seravalli, Hextall could be heard screaming, “That's [expletive] embarrassing,” among other choice words. |
