"The suspect did not comply with the commands and shot at the officers," he added. "They returned fire and the suspect was killed.”

are committed with unregistered guns. Unlike NYS, Florida does not require gun registration, it is more likely that the gun was not registered and thus easier to obtain.

I'm not saying that it is Florida's fault that this shooting happened. It could have happened anywhere there are guns. I'm just saying that Florida's lack of regulations made it easier.
