are the reason I don't buy the idea that Coughlin should be fired because his message may have gone stale. Coughlin's message has been consistent from day one: professionalism, teamwork, and accountability. If we have players that don't listen to that message, we need new players.
JPP and Rolle both need to go and be replaced with leaders, even if those players are of lesser talent.
Use that money to get players that fit Coughlin's message, because that's a message that leads to success in all walks of life.
