He'll always be fondly remembered by me.

He was able to be an important part of a Super Bowl winning team, make about $10M throughout his career, and get out of the game before it ruined his health for life.

As for going to Oakland, he did the right thing and the Giants did the right thing, so there can be no bad feelings. Oakland screwed up, but if you're going to blow $8M on a guy who only plays one injury-riddled year with your team, at least it wasn't on a jerk. The Giants gave him great memories and the Raiders set him up for life (so he should have some loyalty to them as well).

Really enjoyed watching you play. Best of luck in wherever life takes you.

I really hope this guy doesn't end up with dementia by the time he's 40. He had to have racked up double digit concussions during his career. I think he had 2 or 3 his one year in Oakland alone.

Consummate pro and he had a hell of a run in '07. Will forever be grateful to him and wish him nothing but the best.

when I hear his name. Even though he had to go to Oakland to get his payday, I am glad he got it. He made the right decision to retire after those concussions. Wish the best to Kevin and his family in his post football life.

Still very young, good professional experience, and a ring to show for it. He seems like a smart, well grounded guy... He could find himself going through the college circuit, and back on the NFL sidelines in no time.
