I can't imagine doing it but given the product the Giants have put on the field this year I can't really blame people for trying to get some return on their purchased tickets. It is a pretty safe bet much like this game...the Giants are going to find a way to blow it.
late in the 3rd quarter, on TV you can see a good amount of the crowd rise to its feet and begin chanting "de-fense"
Only thing was...it was the Giants with the ball. Papa even made mention of it on the radio broadcast.
And then, when the Jennings play gets overturned, you just hear this eruption in the crowd and they pan to the crowd and you can see the folks going crazy. Al Michaels made reference to it on TV.
You can expect this to go even further in Week 17 when the STH cash in and sell their tickets to Eagles fans. Can't say I blame them at this point.
It sounded overall pretty tame...I guess NBC had the mics on very low?
I'd guess 1/4 Cowboy fans but I would like someone who went to give their eyewitness observations.
If true though, extremely disappointing. I could see up to a quarter, but 50 percent is an embarrassment.
That should never happen to a real sports market; this is appropriate for some lame fair weather sunbelt market like Washington or some fake NY team like the Jets, Devils, and Islanders.
You wouldn't see this happen again n this day and age in Chicago or Philly. Very bad stain for the NY Giants fanbase, we can do better.
I don't hear any of that.
